These are the rules that govern your use of the filvet platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

filvet is strictly for players who are 21 years old or older. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and are located in the Philippines. Accounts found to be under-age will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
Each player may hold only one filvet account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, filvet reserves the right to close duplicates and review associated transactions.
All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on filvet are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso. No other currency is accepted or disbursed. Funds in your account are denominated in PHP at all times.
Deposits must be made through supported Philippine banking and e-wallet channels. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. The receiving account name must match the registered player name on the filvet account.
Use of bots, automated tools, exploits, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited. filvet reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where fair use violations are identified, at its sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and filvet ("filvet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the filvet online gaming and sports betting platform at filvet.app ("Platform").
By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Platform.
filvet may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
To register and use filvet, you must:
filvet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified or are found to have been opened by ineligible persons will be closed, and any winnings associated with those accounts may be voided.
Age requirement: The minimum age to play on filvet is 21. If you are under 21, do not register or use this Platform.
Each person may register only one account on filvet. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same identity documents, same device, or same payment method — are not allowed. If duplicates are detected, filvet may close all but the original account and review any transactions conducted through duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If your details change — particularly your registered mobile number or bank account details — update them through your account dashboard promptly.
Your filvet account login credentials are personal and confidential. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. filvet will never contact you to ask for your password or OTP. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately through your account dashboard.
filvet uses SSL encryption and OTP verification on sensitive account actions. However, account security also depends on you keeping your login credentials private.
Before processing a withdrawal, filvet is required to verify the identity of the account holder. This process — commonly known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and a matching identity photo.
Acceptable identity documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or Voter's ID. The name on your ID must exactly match the name registered on your filvet account and the name on your nominated withdrawal account.
filvet will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification. KYC is a one-time process per account and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals once approved.
Deposits on filvet must be made through supported Philippine banking and e-wallet channels. All deposits are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported channels include Philippine online banking, mobile banking apps, InstaPay, PESONet, and local e-wallets.
filvet does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Deposits made through unsupported methods will not be credited and may be returned subject to applicable bank processing.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per channel are displayed on the Deposit page within your account dashboard. These limits may change and the current amounts shown in the dashboard will always take precedence.
Deposit note: Only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment accounts registered to another person may be rejected and the account may be flagged for review.
Withdrawals are processed to verified Philippine bank accounts or e-wallet accounts in PHP. The account name on the receiving account must exactly match the name registered on the filvet account and the name on the verified ID submitted for KYC.
filvet does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own incoming transfer fees — this is outside filvet's control.
Withdrawal processing times vary by channel. InstaPay transfers are typically the fastest. Standard bank transfers are processed within one business day for verified accounts. PESONet and over-the-counter transfers may take up to two business days. These are estimates and actual times depend on your bank or e-wallet provider.
filvet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal if there are security, compliance, or suspicious activity concerns related to the account.
All game outcomes on filvet — including slots, fish games, live casino, and sports betting results — are determined by the relevant game provider's RNG (random number generator) system, or in the case of sports, by the actual result of the relevant sporting event. filvet does not manipulate game outcomes.
Bets are settled according to the rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. For sports betting, official results from the relevant governing body are used to settle bets. In the case of event cancellations, postponements, or disputed results, filvet will apply the rules of the relevant sport or game provider.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game or betting interface. filvet reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.
filvet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of system error, odds error, or where a bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on filvet:
Accounts found to be engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended or permanently closed. Any balance in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation and any winnings generated through prohibited activity will be voided.
filvet is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming on filvet is intended as entertainment and carries financial risk. No outcome can be guaranteed and gaming should never be viewed as a reliable source of income.

filvet does not target individuals who have self-excluded or requested account restrictions with promotional material. Responsible gaming requests will be acted upon promptly.
filvet collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to manage your account, process transactions, and comply with applicable requirements.
filvet will not sell or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
filvet provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues.
filvet is not liable for losses resulting from: connection failures, delays in bet placement, errors caused by third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when placing bets or making transactions.
filvet may revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure through your account dashboard.
